Temporary Lobby Closure Notice

Travis County WCID 10 is committed to the health and safety of our community and employees, and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, walk-in service is temporarily closed to the public.

The District staff is working remotely but will continue to fully operate.  Facilities operation and maintenance is unaffected by the lobby closure and will continue to operate on a normal schedule as well.

  • The District will not be applying a late penalty to any account for March or April 2020.
  • The District has temporarily suspended utility shutoffs for non-payment.
  • The District is not charging fees for credit card or check payments online or by phone.
